Drive Types
We are experienced with various machine configurations:
- Machine Room (MR) — conventional with machine room above the shaft
- Machine Room Less (MRL) — space-saving, ideal for modern buildings
- Hydraulic — for low-rise buildings (≤6 floors)
Quality Standards
Every installation complies with SNI 7081-2015, EN 81-20/50 (for imported lifts), and our internal K3 SOPs. Every field technician is K3 Lift certified with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Workflow
- Consultation & Site Survey — free in Greater Jakarta
- Quotation & Technical Specification — within 5 working days after survey
- Unit Procurement — coordinated with the brand principal
- Shaft Preparation — civil works if required
- Mechanical & Electrical Installation — by certified team
- Testing & Commissioning — load test, safety test, balancing
- Handover & Training — including documentation and operator training
