What We Do Each Visit

Inspections cover 70+ checkpoints spanning machine, governor, traction, control panel, door operator, safety circuit, leveling, and cabin lighting. Each visit produces a written report delivered within 24 hours.

What maintenance packages are available?
We offer three packages: Basic (monthly visit + emergency call charged), Standard (monthly visit + free emergency call during business hours), and Premium (full coverage including minor spare parts and 24/7 emergency). Package details are tailored to your lift type and quantity.
What is the response time for emergency calls?
For Premium contract clients in Greater Jakarta, our target response is <2 hours during business hours and <4 hours overnight/weekends. For Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, and other major cities, response time is adjusted to local technician schedules.
Can maintenance be done for any lift brand?
Yes — our team is trained on all major brands and we have cross-brand spare parts procurement. At contract handover we perform a baseline inspection.
What is the ideal inspection frequency?
Industry standard recommends at least 1× per month for high-utilization lifts (apartments, malls, hospitals). For very low-traffic 3-floor buildings, 1× per 2 months is acceptable — but we recommend at least monthly for safety.
