Frequently Asked Questions

When should I modernize my lift?
Common indicators: lift is >15 years old, frequent breakdowns, hard-to-find parts, high power consumption, or worn-out cabin. Our free audit will recommend whether partial or full modernization is more economical.
Do I need to replace the full unit or can it be partial?
Most projects don't need full replacement. Partial modernization (controls + door + cabin refurbishment) usually delivers a major uplift at a fraction of new-installation cost. It depends on the traction machine and shaft condition.
How long does modernization take?
For a single-lift modernization, downtime averages 2–4 weeks. For buildings with multiple units, we apply a sequential schedule so at least one lift always operates.
Do you supply spare parts only without installation?
Yes. We supply original and OEM-equivalent parts across major brands. We also keep emergency stock for critical components like contactors, boards, encoders, and brake coils.
