About the Project
Skyline Apartment BSD is a 24-floor residential development with 320 units in the strategic BSD City area. The owner sought premium mirror-finish cabins to deliver a luxurious lobby impression and resident experience.
Scope of Work
- Installation of 4 passenger lifts at 900 kg
- Machine Room (MR) configuration with rooftop machine room
- Custom mirror-finish cabin with brass handrail
- Integration with the building’s access control (smart card per floor)

- Doors: Center-opening, anti-vandal
- Cabin: Mirror stainless with brass border, marble flooring
- Control: Microprocessor with group control system
Results
Residents responded positively to comfort and aesthetics. Project was delivered on time ahead of first occupant handover with full documentation.
