About the Project
Graha Bumiputera is an 18-floor office building in the Pemuda business district, Semarang. As a new build, the client wanted a lift system that is modern, energy efficient, and aesthetically corporate.
Scope of Work
- 4 MRL passenger lifts at 1000 kg capacity
- Group control system for 4 units
- Custom cabin with brushed stainless finish and glass handrail
- Integration with the building’s security system
Results
- Project delivered 3 weeks ahead of target
- Energy consumption 30% lower than initial spec thanks to MRL VVVF regenerative technology
- Client signed a 5-year Standard maintenance contract
