About the Project
Cibubur Square is a neighborhood mall serving the Cibubur community. After 12 years in operation, management decided to modernize the existing lift system while adding freight lift units for tenant operational efficiency.
Scope of Work
- Modernization of 4 existing passenger lifts (control panel, drive, door operator, cabin refurbishment)
- Installation of 2 new freight lifts at 2000 kg for tenant warehouse access
- Replacement of all COP/HOP with digital displays
- BMS (Building Management System) integration
Results
- Lift power consumption dropped 35% after VVVF drive upgrade
- Average waiting time reduced from 65 seconds to 28 seconds
- Mall continued normal operations during modernization (sequential schedule)
- 3-year continuation of maintenance contract
